Pricing Policy
All pricing is provided in proposals/quotations and is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are exclusive of GST/VAT (unless stated).
Services are billed as either:
- • Fixed-price projects (milestones outlined in the proposal), or
- • Monthly retainers (recurring services).
Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges, billed at our standard hourly rate of [Insert Rate].
We reserve the right to adjust pricing annually or upon renewal of ongoing agreements.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. They secure time, resources, and project allocation.
Refunds may only be issued in the following circumstances:
- • If services have not commenced and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
- • If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables (as per contract) and cannot rectify within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- • Change of mind after commencement.
- • Lack of results where industry variables (market demand, algorithm changes, client input) are outside our control.
Any approved refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from its use.
Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
